Description

Somebody is certainly feeding stray cats in this area. Over one year I have seen 7 different cats tearing up garbage bags. Can someone please notify residents of the area that feeding stray animals will attract worse kinds. It's a task to clean after a bag has been shredded thanks. K. Gomez
