See - see a non-emergency issue in your neighborhood.

Click - open a ticket describing the issue and what can be done to resolve it by searching for the incident location using the map.
Next click on the map and fill out the quick form.

Fix - hit save and publicly report the issue to everyone for resolution.
If you want to view comments,edit or close an issue that has been resolved Click on an already opened ticket and then click the + in the upper right. Just fill out the form and click save.
