There is a tree that is almost down in the residents back yard. My tree is the only thing holding it up from crashing down into my yard and destroying my fence. It did ruin my neighbor's wooden fence that was closest to it. I believe this is a hazard because my neighbor has children and grandchildren who still play in the yard.
