Description

I was chased twice in a 5 minute period by 2 different dogs. 1 dog owned by nasty woman from Lexington Av with potty mouth.

I used to run there but the dog problem has gotten worse so I stopped. I sent an email to the parks director and deputy director asking for better enforcement of leash laws. My next step is to report the potty-mouthed woman from Lexington Av to the dog warden. I already called the police and filed a complaint against her.
