    The young women and some men who live outdoors in this area (especially the thin woman) panhandling for cash at these 2 intersections KEEP continuously pressing the walk button which keeps extra-long lines of traffic especially the highway off-ramp creating dangerous backups!!

    This mult-unit house has now gone a full 4 years without ANY shoveling of their sidewalk! They keep getting away with year after year. I walk daily on this part up Chapel, so I can attest to the accuracy of my statement.
