some joker plays bongo drums all day and night while taxpayers pay there rent. THE LOUD MUSIC IS EFFECTICTING MY KIDS HEALTH!

Today is Easter and Passover for most of the city, an observed holy day.
This household decided that it was just an other scofflaw sunday and blasted their music to high heaven in their usual and total disregard for their neighbors.
