are clueless

This is a zoning issue and the category for zoning complaints is Illegal entity in SCF. see zoning official's response below.
"We are aware of what is going on at the parcel and there is no issue with what is being stored there and no permits are necessary but we will inspect and address how the materials are being stored if they are not being stored properly."

so you don’t consider that blight?

that area should be screened. if you write a nasty letter to a taxpayer because their hedges are too long then you should be fired for seeing that dirt pile and not consider it blight to the neighbors living next to it
