There are 2 White Chevy Vans that have Maine plates that have been parked there for years now. These vehicles are avoiding the payment of CT motor vehicle taxes by being registered in Maine. They have had Maine plates now for almost 10 years.

His number doesn't even answer anymore and you can no longer leave massages. This is the way Mayor Harp keeps taxpayers from getting city services.
