This sight should become a circle. Its certainly large enough to pull off, the lights can be removed and save on electricity and all traffic can get through in a more safe and convenient manner while keeping all traffic at a nice even flow. Note that this should be two minilanes at Amity Road as the light infront of the car wash could back up traffic and leave them in the circle. So that area between Whalley at Walgreens and in front of the mobile should be two lanes wide to accomodate that and allow other traffic to continue through to the other directions.

SOMETHING needs to be done with this intersection because most people dont adhere to a law that was taught to us in drivers ed - if you cant clear the intersection during a greenlight dont enter the intersection at all. I dont enter an intersection on green unless I know I can clear it - people honk at me or go around me when I follow the law. Pathetic.

There was an accident there approx 6:00 PM Tuesday 10/6, Not sure what happened since there was only one car . As I went by the intersection the disabled car was on whalley going toward Pond Lily Ave but was almost in the lane of traffic traveling the opposite direction. The car was stopped parallel to Walgreens and approaching the Mobil gas station. Seemed strange that it was only a 1 car accident. Maybe was a hit and run. Who knows. The area is ridiculous.
