According to this complaint, the tenants who live in apartment 3 are constantly violating the noise ordinances by playing very loud music as late as 5 am. This constituent stated that she's contacted the police department about this matter, but when they do arrive and tell the tenant in apartment 3 that they have to turn the music either off or low enough as to not disturb the other tenants or neighbors. However, as soon as they realize the police have gone they continue to blast their music again.
