Cars constantly parking llegally in front of Do Not Enter Sign at the end of Lyon Street blocking the sign in a No parking Zone.
City does not patrol this area enough to prevent this issue. By parking in this area cars seem to miss the sign and blow through
the one way street causing near miss accidents on a daily basis.
