The sidewalk/street looks terrible in front of 1270-1272 Penn St NE due to negligent care of the grass between the sidewalk and street. The result is that people litter there, fail to pick up after their dogs in that spot, and just treat that area like a dump, which severely degrades the street. Landlords and owners must be held responsible.
