Description

The SE and SW corners at the intersection of gales and 16th St., NE consistently back up when it rains, creating huge puddles that threaten to flood onto the sidewalks. In the past, they have, and flooded basements on 16th St., and yet nothing has been done to correct the situation. The sewers/drains must be fixed so that the rainwater has somewhere to go.
