Here are the relevant City Codes pertaining to the report I submitted. The photo shows violations on the city property in front of 19494 Shrewsbury. Please issue a citation.
Chapter 8.5 of Detroit City Code deals with blight violations
Chapter 9, section 9-1-104 says homeowner must keep exterior property free from all noxious weeds or weed or plant growth in excess of 8 inches.
Chapter 9, section 9-1-105 says homeowner must keep property free from rodent harborage (tall weeds and unkempt property).
