Another lake outside because the basin refuses to drain. The city came out less than a week ago to clean the basin. I askedthem directly if it wouldsolvex the problem. They said no and that they would likely be out toserviceoit again. Now, here we are less than a week from their work, with a lake outside of our home. At what point does the city actually fix these issues instead of wasting not only our time but the time of their workers? Because here we are again, placing another request for them to come out and do what? Come again?
