This neighbor has had a torn open bag of trash in his backyard for over 2 weeks. All the animals have helped to spread it. Also there is a ginormous mound of tree limbs that his friend has brought over (not from his trees). Also, his roof is so bad that on windy days the shingles blow into my yard. He has had 2 newspapers laying in his driveway for 5 & 6 weeks now without picking them up. A large piece of trim has torn off the side of his house (years ago), never repaired & now its green & moldy.
