Description
There is flooding around one of the dumpsters at the apartment complex Ashford at Feathersound. This flooding occurs after a rain. It is the dumpster along Whisperwood Drive, on the west side of the street. The open dumpster and excessive water are attracting raccoons. Raccoon feces can be seen behind the dumpster. When contacted about the flooding, the apartment complex stated it is not their responsibility.

1. The manager of the apartment complex indicated the flooding was not the responsibility of the apartment complex.
2. Public Works and Code Enforcement state they are unable to assist.
Who can help me with this issue? I appreciate your help.
