Descrizione

The two sidewalk vendors on York and Elm leave virtually no room for pedestrians, especially when the carts have customers. The City used to have a Right of Way enforcer. Shouldn't there be at least six feet clear width to permit safe pedestrian walking / handicapped accessibility?
