Description

The tenants in this house have trash and recycling spilling out of their bins, which they frequently leave on the curb or in the street all week. It is unsightly, unclean, and makes walking or parking in the area difficult. I'm not sure if the issue is with trash pickup not being thorough or with the tenants being negligent, or both; but this level of disorder should not be the norm.
