Trouble at the New Roundabout

Help! No one knows how to drive into or through roundabouts! Twice now I've almost been hit from someone not yielding to traffic already in the roundabout. This "traffic calming" exercise probably is a good idea in theory, but in reality New Haven drivers aren't used to them and don't know what to do when approaching one.
