Once again, the residents in the area of Winchester Avenue, Mansfield, Compton, and surrounding streets have to pay for the "residential parking decal" $20 for each vehicle!
WHY do people who work at Yale University (living in the suburbs) and all the contractors GET TO PARK WITHOUT A DECAL?? How is this fair and how is this democracy??? We get tickets if we do not have a decal and we live here! But these people get to park in our spaces for FREE! Mayor Harp and the Alderman will most certainly hear about this as well!

Maybe they do, I don't know, but there is a car there that has the WRONG parking tag on it still!
It's a guest tag, it's purple and the car has been there every day and night since last week! It doesn't move.
