Once again, the residents in the area of Winchester Avenue, Mansfield, Compton, and surrounding streets have to pay for the "residential parking decal" $20 for each vehicle!
WHY do people who work at Yale University (living in the suburbs) and all the contractors GET TO PARK WITHOUT A DECAL?? How is this fair and how is this democracy??? We get tickets if we do not have a decal and we live here! But these people get to park in our spaces for FREE! Mayor Harp and the Alderman will most certainly hear about this as well!
