It's Becoming Routine for Residents Between Newhall and Winchester to Drive The Block in The wrong Direction.Many Close Calls, Nose To Nose Motorist. At Times Auto coming wrong way Has to Stop Due to Traffic, Then Motorist Intending to Enter Correctly Doesn't Expect A Car There and Has to Serve to Avoid Collision.

The rain gutters for this Property are set up to drain onto Our Driveway creating HUGE ICE PONDS in Winter months. The Property has been sold recently, I pointed this out to the Property Mgr Who's response was He wasnt sure what He could do about it !!

We have to buy lawn bags for Our clippings, .at least They could've put it in rhe trash bins.!!Instead EVERYTIME a Car passes its blown in front of Our Homes !! Although We've received flyers stating HEFTY FINES if Our Trash Bins are out 24 hrs after pickup, This EMPTY HOUSE has had bins on the Curb for 3 WEEKS. I called public works last week and waa told it would be handled. Also Grass on treeline is reaching a foot high.HOW IS THIS FAIR ???

For some reason the Trash People ALWAYS take the Trash from This addresses driveway and leave Them at the foot of Ours. Last wk, since the House is now EMPTY I dragged the Cans back to Thier driveway. This Morn AGAIN those cans were at the foot of Ours! There shouldn't have been ANY Trash so WHY ???

THERE WAS A DEAD CAT ON THE SIDEWALK OUTSIDE OF THE VACANT BLDG. MY HUSBAND BAGGED IT AND PUT IN THE TRASHCAN. A CREW CAME TO WORK ON PROPERTY, I RELAYED THIS TO THE SUPERVISOR THAT SEEMED UNINTERESTED, TOLD ME TO PUT THE CAN OUT ON TRASH DAY! THAT ANIMAL WILL DECAY FAST WITH WARM WEATHER COMING. PLZ SOMEONE REMOVE IT !!
