I concur. That way if a pedestrian is struck and killed there, the City will not be able to blame the victim, like they did with the Olive Street fatality October 30th. Maybe then they will have to charge the driver with vehicular manslaughter, (which they should have) unless of course it's another attorney or someone with connections.
