Now that the weather is getting nicer, there are people hanging around the lower level of the parking garage (adjacent to the Kenduskeag Stream) smoking pot, drinking beer and crashing their bike(s) into parked cars. Parking in that lot costs $60 per month and needs to be better monitored. There is also broken glass in the roadway of the exit of the lot on the stream side.
