They have to do there "meds" someplace while ther're waiting to go break into people's houses

They also hang out down on the trails along the Kenduskeag too! A good place to hide from the police, because other than the picnic areas further up stream, that whole stretch is totally unpatrolled. I have walked along there and seen trash, and cigarette butts, and I'm sure others have found syringes and the sort also. Especially dangerous for those who exercise along the area (walk, run, bike, walk dogs, etc) because it would be easy enough to get a syringe needle through your foot, bike tire, or dog's foot really easily.

On a good sunny day and its warm almost everyone sitting on the benchs at the square want or have drugs on them or are waiting for someone to show up and the they walk off down these trails to do their drugs and like u said its al along the kenduskeag river and down by the penobscot. I think Bangor PD should have a foot potrol unit on these nice days and canvas the area in mention and start showing a good present in those area. And yhen watch them run around like little rabbits and get some arrest while they do this.

The Bangor PD cannot have officers out doing "Law ENFORCEMENT". They have all been required to spend their at the 3 local hospitals in case something happens. Are the hospitals paying the city for this. NOPE! The hospitals need to hire their own beefed up security to handle their problems. They just want free policemen there.

They are also peoples property behind the Kenduskeag Stream to do their drugs. Security Cameras or No Trespassing signs need to be placed to protect peoples property along the Kenduskeag Stream. I know of one entrance that leads behind peoples property right after Mill Street on Kenduskeag Ave.
