Sharraxaadda

The house next door to me has been vacant for the past 5 years. During this time it has not been properly maintained. It has a sign on the door to call for any problems, but no one comes to fix them. The leaves are now piled very high covering most of the side and back of property. This is both a health (mold) issue for allergy and fire issue. I pay a man to come and clean my property and when the wind blows the leaves all come back onto my property. It is not my responsibility to upkeep someone else's property. There MUST be a way to make the owners, whether it be bank owned or private to maintain the land. It is making Kearny look like a SLUM. Those of us who keep our property nice must suffer from those who abandoned theirs.
