Description

Every night 2 or 3 Taxicabs Are parked on Hickory or Ivy streets from Midland Avenue down past King Street..It depends where they find a spot. Even on the dead end of Hickory street..This takes away parking from residents and according to town laws cab parking on streets overnite is illegal. Why are these cabs never ticketed? I would think the police should see this...Please adrress this issue..
