There's a Rite-Aid about two blocks from the old Comcast location.

Actually it is it is more like five blocks to Church and Crown. The difference is not that big a deal to me, but I suspect it is for the seniors living in the Celantano development on Olive.

A large pharmacy that also has groceries would make sense. Like one of the bigger newer CVS developments.

Elm City lacks a pharmacy. I think a pharmacy would do very well in the proposed location.
A mom & pop drug store would be ideal, but I'm sure a small CVS or Walgreens will take the location.
