This is the third open ticket for the same issue, including my original one almost a month ago. Technically this is a Medford issue, however after multiple attempts at contacting the City and representatives nobody has responded. I hope Malden can either fix this issue or light a fire under Medford's you-know-what to fix it. Malden has been excellent at closing issues on this site; looking at Medford's record, they barely acknowledge the issues. Voting for this!

I didn't think to search through the open issues before I created a new one, but you're right: if Medford is unresponsive, hopefully Malden will take some action.

I have no idea how anyone could consider that line painting job acceptable...it's almost as if 2 different crews painted the lines and then didn't fix it when they failed to match.

Looks like the City of Malden got it done! Now the lanes are at least clear at the intersection.

I saw that this morning, what a relief! Seems these new line markings will prevent confusion and make for a safer intersection.

It's now clear that the behavior of the intersection has changed...the left lane is now left turn only. It would be nice to notify people in the left lane earlier because I'm still seeing people cut over to the middle lane at the last second.

It took a few days of me driving here to notice this as well. Not sure how far they're going to go to fix this, but it would have been nice either to make the new dotted lines to the other way (right instead of left) or have some "Left Only" signs before you approach the intersection.
