There's an abandoned car in the back yard as well as various house items thrown out. The front yard has had no grass in months, a fence that is falling apart on the front and side, and various house litter in it - lifting weights, a wheelchair, a toilet, window screens. The house roof is collapsed in the back and the back 2nd floor window is broken. Numerous people from the house use the alley on the west side of 8th street as a public toilet or put out cans of yellow liquid. From this house, noise complaints, drug use, public intoxication and domestic disputes are regularly reported to police. Worst of all, there are sometimes children living in the unsanitary and unsafe conditions.
