Pine lake road, 30th to 29th, inside westbound thru lane The road has heaved due to the extreme heat and is very dangerous as I ride my motorcycle My bike has bottomed out as I went over the heaved area

**LNK DON'T CLOSE THIS RIGHT AWAY! LNK NEEDS TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE VOTE ON THIS PROBLEM.**

Many, many lights have been out for many months on the Antelope Valley trail. These areas are dangerous for walkers/runners/bikers at night. (Especially the underpasses.) This has been an ongoing problem for years that hasn't been taken care of. Please get these taken care of.

See ticket 6475029. This was closed with an inappropriate response so I am resubmitting.

Can a 'No turn on red' sign be added to this intersection? This is for northbound S14th turning onto westbound N street. There is currently a red arrow at that intersection but people don't seem to understand a red arrow means no turn. Vehicles are turning in front of cyclists in the bike lane and also westbound traffic on N.

Pothole that has been filled is now dipped down and heaved up. This makes for a large bump when turning Eastbound onto Logan, from 70th and Northbound. Had put in pothole repair #6349307 last week, which has been closed out. Both lanes from the David Murdock trail to Havelock Ave. have large grooves and bumps in the road.

This empty hunk of concrete in is calling for some art or a bike rack or something more fancy than the naked concrete heel that it is. I am not sure who I need to speak with about putting something in this spot.

The bike/ booze contraptions that are around the city rode on the side walk from 11st to 10st on O st taking up 95 percent of the side walk need to let them know and since there was no name on it my guess is to let all of them in this city know that they can not be on the side walk they do have engines on them as a back up so they are more vehicle than bikes.
  • 2800 South St Lincoln, NE, 68502, USA - Antelope Park

I work for Whittemore Sprinkler Company on the corner of 28th and South Streets. It has become very evident that turning north off of South Street on to 28th Street is becoming increasing difficult due to the fact that people are always parking on the East side of the street immediately on that corner facing north. This street is an older street in Lincoln, so is a little more narrow than some of the other streets. In the mornings during rush hour traffic, there are cars trying to get down both sides of the street going North and South, and it becomes very difficult with cars parked on both sides, but especially turning off of South Street coming from east and turning almost directly into the back end of a car because it is parked too close to the corner! Due to the fact there is Pechous Upholstery, Whittemore Sprinkler Company, a musician and a barber all in this particular building; a veterinary clinic, a counselor’s office and a record store just west of us, a bike shop and foot doctor west of them, Piezanos Pizza and then a gas station – there isn’t any parking along South Street or usually behind in the alleyway, so people will lots of times park along 28th Street and walk. This is fine, but it would be best if they parked at least past that first driveway north of South Street so they aren’t in the direct paths of those cars turning or coming down the road with cars parked on both sides of the street.

Please get back with us about a possible “No Parking to the Corner” sign or a RED CURB??

    N 84th St & Leighton Ave Lincoln, NE, 68507, USA - Lincoln

Here is the infamous "no right turn on red" at 84th and Leighton. No enforcement or signage has worked to reduce the number of cars that turn right on red at all times of day and night. This car pictured is stopped and not turning but still clearly way over the crosswalk and do you think they are looking left at 84th street traffic or looking right at the bike path in case a bike is quickly moving downhill about to cross the crosswalk or a child thinking it's safe since the crosswalk says they are safe to cross Leighton? Every time I see a car turning right on red I picture a biker flying down that hill and colliding with the turning car.

So maybe this idea would help since nothing else has. A sign in the turn lane with red flags and an arrow pointed just before the crosswalk that says "stop here on red". Ive seen them elsewhere in town. Probably cheaper and more effective then enforcement which hasn't worked. Any other ideas LTU can think of? Just removing the unnecessary turn lane, putting up signs in the lane or a raised curb? Making the bike path traffic stop when coming down that hill? More signs and warnings for the bike path traffic?

As shown in the picture this is a tragedy waiting to happen. I would say only 60% of drivers actually obey and do not turn on red. And all those that disobey also stop covering the crosswalk.

Thanks for any attention given to this situation.

I truthfully want to know, should deliveries downtown occur taking up a bike lane, taking up a vehicle lane, or use the alleyway? Each has its pros and cons but this happens at least 2 times a week on my morning commute on 14th street...theyre never in the alley but it's a crap shoot on if they're in the bike lane or traffic lane. I'm curious whose safety is prioritized? what's the answer and how do we educate appropriately.

A few months ago, the bike racks outside Rutabagas/Aerie 147 on 12th St were removed for street repaving (I think maybe a water main repair?) Does the city have plans to replace them?

They were used pretty heavily by Aerie residents like myself living in <300 sq ft studio apartments, who have nowhere to keep a bike inside. There are a couple posts down the street outside the Swanson Russell building, but they’re regularly at max capacity. There are still holes in the sidewalk where 2 of the 3 posts once were, the posts themselves were just removed and never put back.

I understand that during this time it isn’t an urgent issue; just wondering if the city intends to reinstall them.
