Flashing yellow arrows needed. Seems inefficient to be waiting to turn while no vehicles are coming.

What is happening here? A dozen cars parked here everyday.

Abortion sign hung from pedestrian bridge over I-440 near Wade Ave. Greenways are Parks and Rec maintenance I believe.

Huge tree limb extending over half of Ray Road. Likely to fall during next storm and close the road. Surprised Duke Energy hasn't cut this yet to prevent power line damage.

Tree bending over Ray Road. Only a matter of time before it snaps. Not located on City park, but within ROW.

AT&T recently upgraded its underground fiber optic cable along/across Ray Rd and down Congeniality Way. One week later I noticed this bump along Ray Rd where the asphalt is significantly raised. Will the NCDOT be correcting this bump? Or perhaps AT&T?

Parks & Rec does a great job with replacement of rotten boards, but they can't catch every one of them. Here are some holes near the NW end of the lake, very close to the 'mile 1' sign.

Malfunctioning light. Shuts off after 15 seconds and recycles.

Vehicles turning left from (northbound) Ray Road into Barton's Landing Rd are causing safety issues. Vehicles cue back to the intersection with Lynn Road during AM/PM peak. Since Barton's Landing Road has two intersections with Ray Road, perhaps this one could be converted to a right-in-right-out only, and push the left turns down the road where they can stack in the center turn lane and not impede traffic.

It could have been playing possum ... but I saw a dead possum within the center turn lane of Ray Road, just north of Barton's Landing Road (the northern-most Barton's Landing Road) this morning.

Location is closer to the North Raleigh Community Church than Lake Lynn Park. About 5' off of the southbound shoulder.

There is a dead cat located along Blue Ridge Rd (southbound) approaching Reedy Creek Rd. This is across the street from the NC Museum of Art.

The repaired pothole on Creedmoor Rd northbound left-turn-lane still needs to be repaired. The pothole is adjacent to the concrete median between the Fifth-Third Bank / Gas Station.
