    My neighbors are constantly setting off fireworks during the week and weekends. I've asked them to stop on several occasions. I've even called the Raleigh police, who have asked them to stop. Nothing seems to work, and now the police want actual, physical evidence of the fireworks while they're happening, which seems very unlikely.

    There is a fluorescent-green vehicle with no license plates that is permanently parked on the street. Shouldn't a vehicle be registered and insured (and occasionally driven) to be parked anywhere but a driveway? At least its not parked in a dangerous location.
