Several homeless have taken up camp on the creek, west side of elks lodge from S. Main Street/ Creekside. It is not exactly the best thing I like to see coming into Walnut Creek off the freeway. They have also made a huge hole in the chain link fence along S. Main Street.

There are now I think 3 pieces of furniture on the corner of Creekside and Near Ct. It started with one, and now it is up to three..

Construction noise at 2:30 am.. I woke to some type of bulldozer pounding on boulders? or scraping the road with its lifter thing. I don't know exactly what was going on but I believe it was the construction at Rudgear/South Main. It went on for over an hour and due to the heat I couldn't just close my windows. It was loud enough to wake up most of Walnut Creek!

Since I practically get run over by speeders every morning crossing the street, I wonder when the city might install speed bumps/humps…something.. two KIDS got hit recently and still the city refuses to do ANYTHING about this street!!!! I guess when I or a child gets hit and killed you will do something??? what will it take Walnut creek????

A large tree branch has fallen in the lot behind 1411 Creekside. Part of it is hanging over into the parking area. Needs to be cleaned up, but is not the Condo complex's property.

There is a chain link fence between the properties at 1435 and 1411 Creekside Drive. It is owned by 1435 and clearly either a garbage truck or some other large vehicle hit the fence bending it over into 1411's garbage area. It looks really tacky and it needs to be fixed. The owners of 1435 continue to ignore requests to fix it and continue to deny it is their problem. They installed that fence several years ago and they are in fact responsible for fixing it.
