This is for the record. If my house, my bushes, my trees, or anything on my property is damaged by the fireworks from the house in this picture or any other house, know that the city has been notified and will be held responsible.

Illegal fireworks, illegal parking, disobeying ordinances, and abandoned appliances are piling up. It will get worse tomorrow night. I am uncertain as to why we are asked to report things like this. There will be no repercussions.

Roofing job flattened two tires on our vehicle. The owner refuses to talk to me. Records reveal that no permit was pulled for the job. Records reveal that no permit was pulled on ANY of the jobs at any of the properties owned by this person. This has been reported before.

Trash and cigarettes everywhere left by a lady who drives a car with no plates. APD has been called on this person....pages and pages of reports. She is still allowed to trash our community and scream at me and my family.

This is another request to install after-hours locking gates on the entrances to the Los Duranes Community Center East parking lot, a lot like the ones in the parks and centers Mr. Keller has in his neighborhood. In addition to the criminal activities that take place in the parking lot, this Nissan Altima has ridden around the neighborhood and parks where she pleases, including in front of my home, for over a year. There are no plates on the car and a rabbit lives in the car with her. She spends an enormous time at the community center parking lot day and night. She screams obscenities day and night. She leaves piles of cigarettes everywhere. She urinates and defecates wherever she sees fit. There are pages of complaints against her. I have made numerous calls, including 911. Several neighbors have made numerous complaints as well as the director of the community center. This person has screamed directly at me and at my 15-year-old son. Police have made her leave only two times. Police have observed the vehicle being operated without tags and left her there. The police know her name and they know she lives two streets away but they continue to allow her to disturb the peace, and threaten my family on a daily basis. They allow her to operate a vehicle that does not have plates.

I have caught a boy throwing large items into the acequia three times. One time was a huge cinder block. Yesterday he and a friend were gathering the large decorative rocks from the community center and tossing them in there. Native American or Hispanic, about 4'10", black bushy messy hair, dark clothing. I will follow him home next time and have a talk with the parents.

Los Duranes community center has become a popular night time hang out. Drugs are dealt there often. People park there for 4 and 5 hours at a time all night long, almost every night. Other community centers have lockable gates. This one needs them. Two of them on the entrances to the parking lot on the East side of the building. It would stop the gatherings, and a no-brainer. APD would get a lot less calls about it. People were living in the parking lot for 7 days. The community center reported it several times as did I. Gates would end it immediately.

This van has been parked there for at least 2 months. Yesterday it was parked on 19th street and there was a man sitting in the driver's seat. Today, it has returned to Mountain. This is not OK.

A black car accompanies this minivan all night long. The police told the community center there is nothing they can do because there was a note on it saying they would be back. Really? This vehicle has been there for over a week. They are living there. The minivan is operable I called it in when I located it at a different location. APD told me they would contact me regarding the results of one of my calls. I have video of the arrival of the police and 8 minutes later, their departure. Now I have spoken to APD. They will NOT give me an answer. They have left the vehicle alone and have no plans to do anything about it. It does not have a plate. The city of Albuquerque is breaking the law by knowingly allowing a vehicle with no license plate to reside at Los Duranes community center. We, the neighborhood, have no choice to take car of the matter on our own. All authorities are aware of the situation. What happens next is their responsibility.

Perfect timing, just I said before, the fireworks begin a little after 9pm. I would still like to know why I was told a 24 hour police patrol was set up for my address but my cameras didn't see any police cars drive by my home.

I will approach this home. I will tell them to come clean my yard. I set up a 24 hour police watch for my house tonight. I have cameras and there was not one police car that drove down my street. There are remnants of fireworks covering my house and my cars. Several of us are wondering why this site even exists. I am wondering why the watch I set up is non-existent.

Pyrotechnics and Class B fireworks will be used at 2744 Duranes Rd NW tonight at approximately 9:15pm tonight.
