I noticed your comment to notify the police non-emergency number as the violations are observed. Please tell me how this is supposed to help. Once someone has run the stop sign, they are gone. Are you suggesting that I write down license numbers? Perhaps a video of vehicles running the stop sign? How about having police sit there once in a while to deter stop sign violators? That is what I am suggesting. Please pass this on to the police department. Thank you.

The litter problem in Rio Rancho is not under control. This is not a closed issue. It is a very open issue that needs to be addressed . This city has a litter problem that continues to worsen. The city has not taken the initiative to clean up Rio Rancho and to keep it clean !!!
