Every night like clockwork. No one will come. Nothing will happen. It will happen tonight, tomorrow, the next night and probably a few more. Remnants have landed on my home. If someone's house catches on fire or the other half of the Bosque burns, Mayor Keller will be expected to explain why so many complaints are ignored. He will be expected to explain it to the entire city of Albuquerque. Five large fireworks in the last ten minutes.

I have called police 9 times regarding a specific car that spends alot of time in parking lot as others come and go. The car stays there for up to 4 hours. I have seen the driver come out of the locked trash area. I have found needles in the area. The car always returns to the same address right around the corner. A registered sex offender lives there. I am not comfortable going outside when the car is there, which is never during operational hours. Last night a car came and pulled up to a porta potty(have no idea why that is in the middle of the parking lot) and stayed a few minutes. After he left, another car pulled up to the porta potty. After he left, the white car pulled up to the porta potty. This car usually backs in to a parking spot in the corner with complete view of my home. I have a teenager and I have had enough of someone who spends half of their time at an address of a sex offender and the other half lurking in front of my home. The police said they would patrol the area. I have cameras and I have not seen one police car drive down this street. I have supplied the license plate, I have pictures, and I know where the car spends all of its time. I am tired of waiting for something bad to happen. I am tired of being uncomfortable going outdoors. At 6:00 this morning I planned to do yardwork, but chose not to because the white car was there. I am to the point that I feel I need to prevent something before it happens. I am requesting that locked gates be put on the entrances to the community center parking lot during non-operational hours. The quality of our streets and the acequias in this area show that this area is not of importance to the city of Albuquerque and Keller. Again, the police have been notified 9 times.

I personally cleaned up the Duranes ditch area between my home and the Duranes Community Center. The sticks, branches, and bags of leaves are next to the street. I have already reported it the the Rio Grande Conservancy but it is still there. It has been there for quite some time.

A portion of the eye sore. There is nothing securing the gate, just bungee cords. It squeaks, it rattles, and it has blown open in to the street. You claim the property issues have been resolved. Over 22 years and you have not resolved anything regarding this property.

Going on 23 years of ugly. Nine plants and trees, a shed, and 40 feet of fencing destroyed due to property neglect. Complaints date back to 2001. It took 15 years to replace the wooden fence. The remnants have been there for weeks.

22 years we have dealt with the owner not dealing with this property.

Fence dangling in the street again. It blows around and slams in the wind. Someone may drive down, or walk down the street just as the wind blows it open. Ongoing for 22 years. 100's of requests made, including news stations and higher offices.

Reported since 1999 on a regular basis. Over the last 20 years, I can't believe we haven't seen any needles. Now we have. There is a gate directly on the street of the Los Duranes Community Center that is accessible by anyone.

Teal pickup loaded down with junk. The junk is covered by a tarp. The whole yard is a disaster and smells of dog poop. Elm trees are causing all the fences to fall down, and the renters water the elm trees!!!!!!!

STILL reporting after 20 years. The overgrowth has caused damage that requires replacement of a shed, fencing, railroad ties, and foliage. We can't even get the shed door closed now because the structure has been forced at least 10 inches. Will Mel Valenzuela, the owner, take care of it? He hasn't in over 20 years. No one has but me.

Reported this dead tree several times....someone even came to look at it.... weeks ago. It is an extremely populated area that is 1 of 2 ways to Los Duranes Comm. Ctr. It will break, and chances are it will land on a person or a vehicle.

Been reported for over 20 years to 311, Mayor Keller, all 3 local news stations, and BCDC. The overgrowth has now caused damage that will require replacing a large shed, fencing, and landscaping.
