Greenway has been vandalized and is obstructed by many logs and large tree limbs in the middle of the trail.

Water main is leaking from utility cover on the street in front of the street sign at Laurelcherry St and Laurelcherry St.

The pedestrian crosswalk signal at Glenwood Ave and Marriott Drive is malfunctioning, specifically the one closest to the beltline.

The left turn signal turning from Glenwood Ave (coming from Durham) onto north Creedmoor Road is malfunctioning. It takes three full cycles (at least seven minutes) of the traffic light before the left green turn signal activates allowing one to turn left from Glenwood Ave. onto Creedmoor Road heading north.

On the northwest corner of Sugar Bush Road and Lead Mine Road, there is a utility hole with no cover, causing a serious injury issue for anyone stepping into this uncovered hole.

There is an underground leak from a water line or a sewer line adjacent to the sidewalk on the east side of Lead Mine Road, about 200 feet south of Stannard Trail. The leak is visible by the constant wet spot and running water on top of the sidewalk

Utility manhole lid has fallen into the hole. The issue is located on the north side of the Sugar Bush Road, approx. 175 feet from the intersection of Lead Mine Road. The issue is off to the side of the sidewalk away from the street (i.e. not between the street and sidewalk).
