    In the large UPS employee parking lot off Harrod St., there are two storm drain openings adjacent to each other as seen in the photo. The one with the cover properly placed is clogged such than in hard rains it doesn't drain properly and eventually the water flows back into the lot. The cover to the other neighboring drain has fallen into the drain hole.

    There is a hole forming around the periphery of the storm drain in my neighbor's front yard (4337 Pickwick Drive). His English is limited. I said I would report it on his behalf. He is concerned about it & is wondering whether it is his responsibility to fill it in or the city's.
