Description

In the large UPS employee parking lot off Harrod St., there are two storm drain openings adjacent to each other as seen in the photo. The one with the cover properly placed is clogged such than in hard rains it doesn't drain properly and eventually the water flows back into the lot. The cover to the other neighboring drain has fallen into the drain hole.
