    Whether it's the wind or lack of garbage cans, there is garbage all along Water St again, particularly by the ferry terminal. Can't the town hire a student or two for the summer to do garbage rounds of downtown?

    Such a good job was done picking up the garbage along Water St, I am hoping the same can be done along Pleasant St either side of Starrs Rd and from the edges of the pond behind A&W.

    Today I walked from one end of Water Street to the other and was absolutely disgusted and dismayed by the amount of garbage littering the sides of the street, particularly from Rudders south to the treatment plant. In this stretch there is only one garbage can, perhaps we need more to encourage people to stop littering. I could have taken 10 more photos of literally piles of rubbish stuck in the rose bushes. This is a disgrace.
