Whether it's the wind or lack of garbage cans, there is garbage all along Water St again, particularly by the ferry terminal. Can't the town hire a student or two for the summer to do garbage rounds of downtown?

The Town hires students in the summer to do this and other similar work. Students (University) are JUST finishing now.
The wind is a factor with this issue, but if the litter was not left to blow around, the rose bushes and the wind would not be factors.
