Today I walked from one end of Water Street to the other and was absolutely disgusted and dismayed by the amount of garbage littering the sides of the street, particularly from Rudders south to the treatment plant. In this stretch there is only one garbage can, perhaps we need more to encourage people to stop littering. I could have taken 10 more photos of literally piles of rubbish stuck in the rose bushes. This is a disgrace.
