Drivers continuously use South Pleasant Street as a cut-through to avoid 125. Drivers come down speeding way past 30 MPH. What can the City of Haverhill do to fix this? Really, what will it take? If there is any readers out there that live on a cut through street, like this and tell them your opinion. This is an issue not only for South Pleasant, but those who live along 125.
