Ginty Boulevard Haverhill, Massachusetts
The traffic sensor for Mill Street/Water Street where they intersect with Ginty Blvd is broken again. It was finally fixed several weeks ago and is now acting up again. With NO traffic on or approaching the intersection from Mill Street or Water Street, it gets a complete Green signal as though there is a line of traffic.
78 Lamoille Avenue Bradford, Massachusetts
The tree on public property at corner of 78 Lamoille Avenue and Revere Street is completely overgrown covering the power supply line to our home. This is an extremely dangerous situation as trees that grow too close to electric transmission lines can conduct electricity and provide a path to ground, potentially causing fires and even electrocute anyone in close proximity. . Trees do not have to physically touch an energized power line to be dangerous. Electricity can arc or jump from a power line to nearby vegetation.
Therefore, assuring trees remain clear of transmission lines is not only vital for service reliability but it is a crucial public and worker safety issue.
With all of the severe storms we've been having in the Northeast, I request that trimming assessment of this tree be put on a high priority list now instead of waiting for a catastrophe to occur. I have reported this tree to your office on 2 other occasions and to date, nothing has been done.

5 Carriage Hill Road Haverhill, Massachusetts
It's been almost 30 years since our culdesac has been paved or even patched! There are major cracks throughout some 50 feet with weeds growing through them. Both sewer drains have sunk one of them over 2 feet. Chadwick was just paved why not us? Almost $6000 in taxes we deserve better, this is not right. Please at least look and acknowledge this problem.
1025 Main Street Haverhill, Massachusetts
There was construction on Main Street in 2013 when a new sewer pump got installed at Meadow Lane and Main Street (125). Since then the asphalt sunk more and more next to 2 manhole covers that newly added. It got really bad especially since about May 2014 and is getting worse and worse. Now every time a truck or someone with a trailer drives through (northbound) the whole neighborhood is shaking and you can hear and feel it from several hundred yards away. And at 125 this off course happens constantly, so it's even more important to keep the road well maintained.
The city really needs to correct this as quickly as possible as it gets worse and this is really not acceptable any longer.
Thanks for looking into this!

Mill street vehicle detection is stuck.
Even with NO vehicles at the intersection, Mill Street always gets a full length Green Light Cycle.
