1089 Boston Road haverhill, mass
Boston road is being used as a shortcut to and from 125. Cars exiting 125 to boston road continue down the road at 50+mph!!! Commuters do the same in the other direction to get to 125. It is a narrow road with small children and cars parked on either side blocking the view of pedestrians walking ( quite a few use this road to run from cedardale). We need either speed bumps, signs ( radar enforced ) or some sort of preventative measures. I have narrowly missed being hit several times while retrieving mail.
1 Water Street Haverhill, Massachusetts
Traffic Signal at Water Street & Main Street, Haverhill. I don't understand why the cars coming from Water Street turning left onto Main have an exclusive left turn signal during the weekend only, when it's Monday-Friday that people making that turn are commuting to work or school and not out doing errands as on weekends. Would love to see this issue checked on. Thanks.
212-220 Groveland Street Haverhill, Massachusetts
Tree overgrowth from this property is completely covering the sidewalk and is a safety hazard if you need to pull west onto Groveland street. Cars have to pull halfway out into oncoming traffic to be able to see if a car is coming.
126b Summer Street Haverhill, Massachusetts
Streets lights on poles 12 and 14 on Summer Street either work sporadically or not at all. I live at 126B Summer and have an extremely long dark walkway to my house. The light from Pole 12 is most helpful and it's very annoying when it goes out, which is does regularly...then after minutes miraculously comes back on. Very annoying and would appreciate having checked out. Thanks.
Ginty Boulevard Haverhill, Massachusetts
The traffic sensor for Mill Street/Water Street where they intersect with Ginty Blvd is broken again. It was finally fixed several weeks ago and is now acting up again. With NO traffic on or approaching the intersection from Mill Street or Water Street, it gets a complete Green signal as though there is a line of traffic.
78 Lamoille Avenue Bradford, Massachusetts
The tree on public property at corner of 78 Lamoille Avenue and Revere Street is completely overgrown covering the power supply line to our home. This is an extremely dangerous situation as trees that grow too close to electric transmission lines can conduct electricity and provide a path to ground, potentially causing fires and even electrocute anyone in close proximity. . Trees do not have to physically touch an energized power line to be dangerous. Electricity can arc or jump from a power line to nearby vegetation.
Therefore, assuring trees remain clear of transmission lines is not only vital for service reliability but it is a crucial public and worker safety issue.
With all of the severe storms we've been having in the Northeast, I request that trimming assessment of this tree be put on a high priority list now instead of waiting for a catastrophe to occur. I have reported this tree to your office on 2 other occasions and to date, nothing has been done.

5 Carriage Hill Road Haverhill, Massachusetts
It's been almost 30 years since our culdesac has been paved or even patched! There are major cracks throughout some 50 feet with weeds growing through them. Both sewer drains have sunk one of them over 2 feet. Chadwick was just paved why not us? Almost $6000 in taxes we deserve better, this is not right. Please at least look and acknowledge this problem.
