I watched someone roll this light last week and almost hit us. Also concerned that the traffic pattern is designed incorrectly.

So the bumper is gone, likely someone bringing it to the scrap metal yard, however, two weeks after the accident the rest of the debris is still scattered on the green strip (mall?). There are broken lights, car mats, etc.

Again, after a car accident-- whose responsibility is it to clear and clean up the debris? Thank you.

In the heavy winds we have had, the red bumper blew down the mall and finally landed a block away at Norton before it was picked up. The question remains, whose responsibility is it to clean up after an accident. There is accident debris (broken glass and pieces of metal and plastic) at Edgewood and Ellsworth and also at Edgewood and E.G. Blvd.

Street sweeping happened this Monday on Edgewood Avenue, yet the debris STILL remains. The city sign was put back up, the bumper is gone, but there is still remainders from the car accident sitting there.

How incredibly depressing. I posted this notification on March 23. Today is May 22. The accident debris remains (see new photo). This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. A Livable City keeps its streets cleaned and holds folks accountable for bad driving. Again, WHO in the City is responsible to clean up after an accident? The City? The tow truck company? Who?

By the way, another accident happened at this intersection last week-- on the other side of Edgewood/Ellsworth.

The problem here is the Police Department. When there is a crash which requires the services of a tow truck, the police are not supposed to release the tow truck driver until he has picked up ALL the crash site debris.
If a driver shows up with out a push broom and a shovel on the tow truck the police at the scene should call the tow truck operator's supervisor to send an another vehicle with the necessary clean up tools.
