New construction at site has blocked sidewalk on south side of Western Ave. Permit to block sidewalk is not posted. One permit for remodeling and exterior renovation is visible but it is apparent that new construction is occurring with new foundation footings, walls and roof. Additionally there will be new electrical, plumbing, heating, and insulation required. See photos.
