Deskripsyon

Someone is sleeping in the park -- they have set up a "home" under and evergreen tree that is directly across from 10526 Lexington NE. They have even built a stick fence around the tree, and have left their belongings there. Don't know if the individual is male or female -- haven't seen them -- just their campsite. This evergreen should have the lower branches trimmed off so as to keep this from happening. Also the individual needs to be moved elsewhere. If you need me to file a police report I can do that as well but didn't know where else to start.
