Someone that lives at 10401 Menaul often drives over the sidewalk at the northeast corner of the intersection that separates the Menaul frontage road from Menaul and Morris. This is extremely dangerous, and this person is running a high risk of running over a pedestrian or causing a major accident. Can the city install something to block a car from doing this without blocking people on foot or in a wheelchair?
